By partnering with AdoptOneBlock, we use this simple yet powerful act of cleaning up to show our commitment to our neighborhood and beautiful city of Portland.
We’ll be meeting 11am-1pm on Sept 15th at Pioneer Courthouse Square and cleaning up downtown Portland for an hour. Following the event, we encourage you to grab lunch with your team and support our local Portland restaurants. Simple and effective.

What volunteers should know
By signing up for We Believe in Portland, AdoptOneBlock will provide you all the necessary supplies for a safe and efficient cleanup. AdoptOneBlock will provide each company with buckets, trash grabbers, gloves, and sharps container.
NOT INCLUDED BUT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: we suggest wearing a safety vest and/or reflective gear. Additionally, we recommend lining buckets with trash bags and having hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes on hand.
You are welcome to bring and use your own supplies if you wish. We recommend each volunteer has a bucket, trash grabber, gloves, and a can-do attitude!
