PBOT has started the final repair work on the SW Fairmount slide; this means the road will remain local traffic only, with the addition of a total traffic closure – including bikes and pedestrians – at the project site.
Portland Parks has indicated that the Towhee Trail is open, and should remain so, with perhaps one day of closure for work around Sept 16th.
